These Nova Creatura Game Terms supplement the Big North Studios Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Use on a matter specific to Nova Creatura, these Nova Creatura Game Terms control for that matter.
Nova Creatura is operated by Big North Marketing LLC dba Big North Studios.
1. Eligibility and audience
Nova Creatura is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Nova Creatura only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
If applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for particular data processing or online services for users above age 13, you must have that authorization before using the affected feature.
2. Accounts and progression
A Nova account may be required to preserve your collection, progression, ships, decks, missions, Earth Reserve activity, Apex Event participation, currencies, rewards, and other game state.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your Nova progress and virtual items are associated with the account and service. They are not transferable property and do not have cash value outside Nova Creatura.
3. Creature cards, collections, and virtual items
Nova Creatura includes virtual creature cards, upgrades, currencies, tokens, ships, progression resources, and other digital content.
These items are licensed for use within the game. They may not be redeemed for legal tender or sold outside an authorized Nova feature.
Game systems may be adjusted over time. This includes creature statistics, deck rules, stamina, biome interactions, mission requirements, upgrade costs, drop rates, reward rates, progression pacing, event rules, planet availability, currency costs, and other balance values.
We may correct bugs, exploits, duplicate rewards, or clearly erroneous account state when reasonably necessary to preserve game integrity.
4. Discovery and randomized rewards
Some Nova systems may determine which creatures, variants, cards, or rewards you receive through randomized or probability-based game mechanics.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a particular creature, rarity, variant, or reward is not guaranteed by a single attempt, pack, mission, event, or purchase.
If paid content is ever directly tied to randomized rewards, we will provide any disclosures required by applicable platform rules and law.
Nova virtual items are not designed to be withdrawn for cash and are not intended as gambling or wagering instruments.
5. Callsigns and leaderboards
You may be asked to choose a callsign or username before participating in features such as Apex Event leaderboards.
A callsign and related rank, score, or event result may be visible to other players.
Do not use a real name, email address, phone number, home address, or other sensitive personal information as your callsign.
We may reject, change, or remove a callsign that is unlawful, abusive, impersonating, infringing, misleading, or inconsistent with reasonable community and safety standards.
Deleting your account is intended to remove or anonymize your public leaderboard identity as described in our Privacy Policy. Historical event records may be retained in de-identified form when reasonably necessary to preserve event integrity.
6. Nova Pro and paid features
Nova Creatura may offer Nova Pro or other premium features.
The price, billing period, benefits, and renewal terms shown at purchase control the specific transaction.
Premium benefits may include convenience, progression, customization, or other game features. We may adjust future premium benefits as the game evolves, but we will not knowingly misrepresent the benefits provided for an already completed purchase.
Native purchases and subscription entitlements may be processed and managed through Apple and RevenueCat. RevenueCat may be used to validate purchases, determine entitlement status, restore eligible purchases, and synchronize subscription status with Nova's account systems.
If Nova offers a separate web purchase option, that purchase may be processed through Stripe, RevenueCat web billing, or another disclosed payment provider. The applicable provider's billing terms also apply.
Deleting your Nova account does not automatically cancel an App Store or other externally managed subscription and does not automatically guarantee a refund. If a subscription remains active through an external billing provider, you may need to cancel that subscription using the applicable platform or provider's subscription-management tools.
7. Beta access and resets
Nova Creatura may be distributed through beta, TestFlight, limited-access, or early-access programs.
During testing, we may need to reset or modify accounts, progression, currencies, collections, missions, leaderboards, or other game data to fix serious defects, validate progression systems, protect the economy, or prepare the service for launch.
We will try to avoid unnecessary resets and will communicate material beta resets when practical, but beta participation does not guarantee that all test progress will carry into a later version.
8. Live events and availability
Apex Events, planet rotations, missions, timed rewards, and similar live features may begin, end, rotate, or change according to the game schedule.
Technical outages, maintenance, platform review, security issues, or emergency fixes may affect event timing. Unless required by law, Big North does not guarantee compensation for every missed or interrupted event.
We may provide make-good rewards when we believe they are appropriate for a material service problem.
9. International availability
Nova Creatura may be offered in multiple countries, but availability may vary by country, platform, language, age requirement, local law, and service-provider availability.
You may not use Nova where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Local consumer rights that cannot legally be waived continue to apply even where these terms state a different general rule.
10. Account deletion
Nova Creatura is intended to provide an in-app method for authenticated players to initiate permanent account deletion.
Successful account deletion is intended to remove your account and account-linked personal game data that Big North is not legally or operationally permitted to retain. Certain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or de-identified integrity records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Ownership and fan use
Nova Creatura, its creatures, planets, card designs, artwork, names, lore, game systems, logos, audiovisual assets, and related intellectual property belong to Big North or its licensors.
Personal, noncommercial screenshots, gameplay discussion, reviews, streams, fan art, and similar community activity are generally welcome, provided they do not falsely claim to be official, sell or redistribute our original assets as standalone products, reveal unlawfully obtained material, or violate another person's rights.
We may publish separate fan-content guidelines in the future.
